FINDINGS <br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1554. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Single Family Rural <br /> Residential Zoning District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on <br /> August 20, 1990 and recommended approval of the proposed <br /> variance on a vote of 5 to 0 based upon the following findings: <br /> a. The property has contained a single family residence <br /> for many years. The residence � was destroyed by fire in <br /> February 1990, with the foundation remaining and still <br /> useable. Applicant proposes to reconstruct the house using <br /> the existing foundation.
