The property is approximately 5+ dry contiguous acres in <br /> area. <br /> 5. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on <br /> July 16, 1990, and recommended approval of the conditional use <br /> permit and variances as proposed based on the following findings: <br /> a. The property consists of 5+ acres in area. <br /> b.
