There is no <br /> gaxage on the property and there appears to have never been one. A portion of the house <br /> encroaches on the property to the west. <br /> This neighborhood was platted into 50 by 135 foot lots many years ago. There are seven <br /> houses on the south side of Crystal Place between Shadywood Road and Navarre Avenue. <br /> Six are on 50 foot wide lots. The seventh is on a 100 foot wide lot. <br /> The proposed garage would be placed in the southeast corner of the lot.
