The owner proposes to replace this deck and extend it east <br /> across the rear of the building. The new deck would be approximately 1,800 square feet. <br /> The deck would approximately 1,000 feet from the closest residence (on Herrick Circle). <br /> The property is not subject to hardcover regulations. The project will not require enough <br /> excavation to trigger a requirement for creation of a wetland buffer. <br /> Issues for Consideration <br /> Are there any issues or concerns with this application? <br /> Staff Recommendation <br /> Planning Staff recommends approval of the conditional use permit for deck expansion. <br />
