Oberhauser, 2425 Dunwoody Avenue, Wayzata, <br /> Minnesota 55391 is the fee owner of record of property Iocated at 3875 <br /> Shoreline Drive, Orono Minnesota, and legal ly described as follows: <br /> Property Identification Number: 20-117-23 22 0006 <br /> Commencing at a point in the North line of Lot 1 distance 163 feet <br /> ' West from the Northeast corner of Lot 2 thence West along North line <br /> of Lot 1 distance 73.01 feet thence Southwesterly at an angle to the <br /> left of 63 degrees 14 minutes a distance of 123.02 feet to lake shore <br /> j thence Southeasterly along lake shore 37.77 feet thence Northeasterly <br /> 161 feet to beginning, Lots 1 and 2 Block 8, Townsite of Langdon Park, <br /> Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota, (hereinafter "the property") ; and <br /> • WHER$AS, the City Council of the City of Orono, having duly <br /> considered the matter pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 to <br /> 463.261, hereby finds that the above described property is uninhabitable <br /> and contains unsanitary and hazardous conditions which constitute a public <br /> nuisance and which makes this property hazardous to the public health, <br /> safety and welfare based on the following findings: <br /> INT$RIOR <br /> l. Siding: weathered - IIBC 1707 (a). <br /> 5. Soffit & Fascia: rotten - UBC 1707 (a). <br /> 6. Roof Design (gable) : roof rafters have dropped 4" around chimney <br /> UBC 2517 (h) . <br /> 7 .
