Specifically, WJM <br /> Properties, LLC requests an extension of the deadline for the "exercise daten to <br /> December 31, 2009. <br /> Most of the improvements described in the approved Site Plan were constructed in <br /> 2006 and 2007. The requested extension is intended to allow WJM Properties, LLC to <br /> delay construction of the proposed 1-story addition (25,620 sq. ft.) and the associated <br /> parking, located on the southwest comer of the existing facility.
