The City Engineer <br /> shall work in conjunction with the applicants to <br /> establish suitable limits for the grading work. <br /> 2. The applicants shall maintain existing vegetation on <br /> the lakeshore bank as proposed , and shall plant <br /> additional vegetation to screen the proposed 24"-30" <br /> high retaining wal 1 from the lake to zeduce its visual <br /> impact. Applicant shall use native materials and <br /> natural coloring to minimize the visual impact of this <br /> wall to the greatest extent possible. <br /> 3. As proposed, the applicants shall construct a drain <br /> tile system between the existing residence and the <br /> lakeshore, to zedirect the drainage from the 0-75' zone <br /> to the 75-250 ' zone fox dispersal. � <br /> • 4. As proposed, the applicants shall remove the 330 sq. <br /> ft. of pavers near the lake. <br /> 5. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br /> propexty not with the applicants, but are permissive <br /> only and must be exercised by application foz a building <br /> permit within one year of the date of Coucil approval, <br /> or the special conditions of this resolution wil 1 expire <br /> on that date ( April 9 , 1991). <br /> b. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms <br /> and conditions of this r,esolution shall constitute a <br /> violation of the zoning code, shall automatically <br /> terminate any authority granted herein, and shall be <br /> punishable as a misdemeanor . <br /> 7. The undersigned applicants have read, understood and <br /> hereby agree to the terms of this resolution and on <br /> behalf of themselves, their heizs, representatives and <br /> assigns , hereby agree to the recording of this <br /> resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br /> � <br />
