The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application <br /> on March 19, 1990, and recommended approval of the proposed <br /> variance based upon the following findings: <br /> A) The actual height of the structure has not changed <br /> since the issuance of the building permit for new <br /> construction. It is the introduction of the third <br /> story and windows that requires reinterpretation of the <br /> height. <br /> 4.
