_`N _ -`;`f . . ......._�_.�._. <br /> °:a,• <br /> >> �. <br /> � " ' ' � Clt� o� ORONO <br /> �� nr � <br /> � Fy�,� S�,E�.. <br /> , ;�? .'j. :,�:�',; <br /> �,. <br /> `• !,�' �j �� � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �. v`^`�'rr,.�T <br /> � ��;;';�` NO. 2793 <br /> • � • � <br /> ,, <br /> A RESOLDTION VACATING <br /> PORTIONS OF DEDICAT$D DRAINAG$ EASEMENTS <br /> AND DRAINAGE AND DTILITY $ASEMENTS WITHIN THE PLAT <br /> OF RINGERSWOOD <br /> SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 23 <br /> IN THE CITY OF ORONO, <br /> HENN$PIN COONZ`Y, MINNESOTA <br /> FILE #1428 � <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 23 , 1989 , Clifford Otten of Otten <br /> Brothers Nursery filed a petition with the City of Orono <br /> requesting the vacation of portions of drainage easements and <br /> drainage and utility easements originally dedicated within the <br /> plat of Ringerswood, said portions to be vacated being legally <br /> described as follows: <br /> • The utility and drainage easement and the drainage <br /> easement as shown on Outlot A, Ringerswood according to <br /> the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> and all the utility and drainage easement as shown on <br /> Lots 1 and 2 , Block 3 , Ringerswood, Hennepin County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> _ WH$REAS, after due published and posted notice, a� <br /> public hearing was held before the Planning Commission on August <br /> 21, 1989 regarding said vacation and all interested persons were <br /> given an opportunity to be heard; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due standing and consideration, the <br /> Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the requested <br /> vacation and the Council of the City. of Orono finds that said <br /> vacation as proposed is in keeping with the public interest in <br /> consideration of the following findings : <br /> l. The proposed vacation is part of a comprehensive <br /> replatting of Outlot A, Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Ringerswood. <br /> The subdivision of a replat of the three properties will <br /> provide drainage and utility easements as directed and � <br /> required by the subdivision regulations of the City of <br /> Orono. <br /> • Page 1 of 2 <br />
