Hoffman must apply to the City for legal <br /> combination for tax purposes of the following properties as <br /> described in the above-referenced survey of the metes and <br /> bounds division of a lot line rearrangement: <br /> Parcel A to be combined with Parcel B <br /> 2. The owner of Parcel C as described in the above- <br /> referenced survey attached to this resolution is hereby <br /> advised of the need to protect the alternate septic test <br /> site area to the north of the existing resiclence by <br /> restricting the use of heavy equipment over the subject <br /> area. <br /> 3. The subdividers shall deed drainage and utility <br /> easements to the City along that portion of the new division <br /> • line for a distance of 115.15'. <br /> 4. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached <br /> Certif icate of Survey sha 11 be f i 1 ed by the City.of Orono <br /> with the Hennepin County Recorder's office or Registrar of <br /> Title Office on or before May 13, 1990 together with a <br /> certified original copy of this resolution and any other <br /> covenants and easements required by this subdivision <br /> approval. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br /> � the division has not been filed by the date specified above.
