See City <br /> Code Section 78-1605. I understand a wetland delineation was completed, but not submitted to the MCWD for their <br /> approval within the growing season. According to the MCWD the delineation cannot be approved at this time. City staff <br /> does not have the ability to administratively waive this requirement. <br /> I told you last week we can review and approve the two (north and northwest additions) because they appear to be <br /> more than 150'from the wetland.
