I have stamped the designs to show a plan review. The existing house has a non-conforming <br /> septic system and will need to be updated as part of the platting process. If the intent is to tear down <br /> the existing house then the new septic can be installed along with the new house. . ' <br /> The preliminary plans were done to allow for some movement of the house site. Once final septic <br /> plans are done, the primary and secondary sites must be protected.
