At the February PC meeting tha applicants were advised to eliminate the front setback <br /> encroachment and reduce hardcover to the greatest extent possible. <br /> The applicants then subinitted a revised site plan,revised building plans and elevations, and revised <br /> hardcover calculatioiis. In these new plans, the existing house will be completely reinoved, and a <br /> -� new 2-story home of approaimately the sa.nie 1250 s.f. footprint area a�id oriented east-west rather <br /> than izortli-south will be consnucted to ineet tlie required 30' street setback.
