You will also find a bloum up version of the survey from <br /> the �survey company (Gronberg & Assoc.) where the stairs <br /> come down. the hill. Gronberg & Associates says that this is <br /> as close a plan as they can detail and that the very bottom <br /> of the wall edge at the bottom of the last stair is within an <br /> inch or 2 from the Iine and that the top of the wall edge at <br /> the top of the 1 St stair is about 4 inches or so from the lot <br /> line, and that each stair thereafter gains that much more <br /> from the lot line. This would put our new overlay stairway <br />
