The applicants obtaining a "construction easement" from the adjacent property <br /> owner to address encroachments during construction and to allow removal of portion <br /> of the existing stair system that is on the adjacent property. <br /> 2. The survey being updated to include the information reported by the Applicants <br /> concerning the location of the existing sta.irs. <br /> 3. Removal of the upper portion of the landing at the bottom of the existing stairs <br /> (including the railing) as well as the rear portion of the lower portion of this landing <br /> and revegetation of this area with appropriate native plant material. <br /> � 4. Removal of portion of the lower landing, railing and lattice that are on the adjacent <br /> property. <br />
