City Code Chapter 78, Zoning Regulations,Article IV,Division 4,Subdivision <br /> III, is hereby amended to modify subpaxagraph(16)regarding"plumbing within an accessory <br /> building"under"Conditional Uses", as follows: <br /> Section 78-328.
