Its lot <br /> was split off from 460. Because of a surveying error the common property line was marked <br /> about 50 north of its actual location. This line was observed as the property line by the <br /> current owner of 450 and the former owner of 460. Amit Sela Holdings Inc. purchased 460 <br /> in July, 2007. In August, 2007, a survey of it showed the house at 450 was 21 feet onto <br /> Sela's property. <br />
