We have the <br /> following preliminary comments with regards to engineering matters: <br /> • The proposed setback of the garage off of the Crystal Bay Road right-of-way will result in vehicles <br /> parking in the driveway being partially or completely within the right-of-way. The City should <br /> discuss this and determine if it is acceptable or not. <br /> • The proposed swale along the west lot line should have a grade of at least 2%. The proposed <br /> spot elevations and contours do not allow for this.
