Afrer an individual has been shown�he priva��ac�and i�:ormed of ics meaning,the data need not be disclosed to him for <br /> six mon�hs chereatter uriless a dispute or acdon pursuanc[o rhis secdon is��nding o:addiaonal data on the individual has been collected or crea[ed. <br /> The responsible auc�:oriry shali provide copies of[he private or public da�a L�on req�=s:by[he individual subjecc of�he data. The responsible authoriry <br /> may require che requesring person to pay the actual costs of making,ce^:;ing, ar.d compiling the copies. <br /> The responsible authoriry shalt comply immediace(y, if possibl=,wirh an}•request made punuant to this subdivision,or wichin five days of <br /> the date of the reques�,excluding Sacurdays,Sundays and legal holidays,ii unmediate compliance is noc possible.
