ABSTRACT
<br /> Svoboda Ecological Resources(SER) visited the above referenced properry on December 4, 2009 to
<br /> examine the site for the presence of areas meeting wetland criteria. The study parcel is located
<br /> within the City of Orono, Hennepin County Minnesota, (Figure 1). No wetlands were delineated at
<br /> this site. Four representative sample points were established within areas shown as wetland on the
<br /> National Wetland Inventory (NWI) and another low lying area with a dominance of wetland
<br /> vegetation. These sample points were collected in order to characterize the soil, vegetation, and
<br /> existing hydrology. Six other sample points were taken within the surrounding area to further
<br /> characterize and define the area as wetland or non-wetland but were not recorded on field
<br /> datasheets due to budget constraints and necessity. The four collected sample points represent all
<br /> ten sample points that were observed or otherwise recorded on datasheets
