CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT UTILITIES, Continued) <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6085, a Resolution for the Collection <br />of Delinquent 2011 Water and Sewer Utility Service Charges, Recycling Program Fees, On -Site <br />Sewage Treatment (septic) Inspection, Storm Water Charges. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />5. CERTIFICATION OF UNPAID SERVICE CHARGES - RESOLUTION NO. 6086 <br />Olson stated each year the City certifies to the County unpaid service charges to be collected with the <br />following year's taxes. Olson stated the total unpaid service charges are approximately $3,600. <br />State statutes require the City hold a public hearing regarding the assessment of these fees prior to <br />certifying the assessment roll to the County. Notices of the public hearing have been sent to all <br />delinquent properties. <br />Mayor McMillan opened the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. <br />There were no public comments regarding this item. <br />Mayor McMillan closed the public hearing at 7:05 p.m. <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6086, a Resolution for the Collection <br />of Delinquent Development and General Service Bills. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />.6. CERTIFICATION OF CHARGES - WETLAND VIOLATION - RESOLUTION NO. 6087 <br />Olson stated an agreement has been reached with the property owner at 559 Russell Avenue regarding the <br />City clean up of a wetland violation. The property owner will reimburse the City for the cost of the <br />disposal of the materials removed from the wetland. These costs will be collected as a special assessment <br />against the property. <br />Mayor McMillan opened the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />There were no public comments regarding this item. <br />Mayor McMillan closed the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br />Bremer noted the amount of the assessment is $939.00. <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6087, a Resolution for the Collection <br />of the Disposal Costs Associated with the Clean -up of a Wetland Violation. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*7. CERTIFICATION OF HAZARDOUS BUILDING COSTS (PUBLIC HEARING NOT <br />REQUIRED) - RESOLUTION NO. 6088 <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 6088, a Resolution for the <br />Certification of Costs Related to the Removal of the Hazardous Building Located at 200 Hollander <br />Road.
