MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, April 11, 2011 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />*15. LICENSES & PERMITS <br />None <br />*16. BILLS <br />Bremer moved, Printup seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />CLOSED MEETING <br />17. LABOR NEGOTIATIONS <br />McMillan stated the meeting will now be closed because the matters to be discussed constitute labor <br />negotiations under Minnesota Statutes. No further City Council business will be conducted after the <br />closed meeting other than to adjourn. The following persons will be in attendance at the closed meeting: <br />Council Members Doug Franchot, Cynthia Bremer, Aaron Printup, David Rahn, Mayor McMillan, City <br />Attorney Soren Mattick, City Administrator Jessica Loftus, and Finance Director Ron Olson. <br />The subject matter of the meeting will be labor negotiations involving LELS Local 40 and the City of <br />Orono. <br />Printup moved, Franchot seconded, to go into closed session at 10:05 p.m. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. 9 <br />(The City Council went into closed session from 10:05 p.m. to 10:55 p.m.) <br />Bremer moved, Franchot seconded, to open the closed session. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Moved, seconded, to adjourn the Orono City Council meeting at 10:55 p.m. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />ATTEST: <br />d <br />Lin a S.
