LICENSES & PERMITS <br />GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT - RESOLUTION NO. 6030 <br />Northwest Tonka Lions, lnc. <br />Navarre Lanes <br />3435 Shoreline Drive <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to approve the above listed license and adopt RESOLUTION NO. <br />6030, a Resolution Approving Issuance of a Lawful Gambling Premises Permit for the Northwest <br />Tonka Lions, Inc., to Conduct Lawful Gambling at Navarre Lanes Located at 3435 Shoreline <br />Drive. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />*16. BILLS <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account. VOTE: Ayes 4, <br />Nays 0. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - CLOSED MEETING <br />17. PENDING LITIGATION <br />Mayor McMillan stated she will now close this meeting because the matter to be discussed is the pending <br />litigation involving the City of Orono versus the Nygards. No further City Council business will be <br />conducted after the closed meeting other than to adjourn. <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to go into closed executive session to discuss pending litigation. <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />(The City Council went into executive session from 9:49 p.m. to 10:35 p.m.) <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Bremer moved, Rahn seconded, to adjourn the Orono City Council meeting at 10.35 p.m. VOTE: <br />Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
