Flease accept this letter as a request that the City undertake the extension of the water and sewer mains to the southeast camer of our property so that we can have our contractor arrange for hook-up to the lines. We understand that there will be a$4,190 connection charge related to the water aad $8,700 connection charge related to the sewer and we agree to pay those coanection charges at such tune as the lines have been extended and axe;ready�or cpnnection.
