Imperial Pool will manufacture the pool; Trie pool_ <br /> will be a 21' by 40' Mountain Lake �ith a 12' radius end �te� �n ��� <br /> shallow end. The pool depths are to be determined by the homeowner. <br /> PI�ANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: <br /> Dolphin Pool will furnish all plans and specifications covered by this <br /> quotation to meet Local building codes . <br /> T�XES AND BUILDING PERMIT: <br /> Dolphin Pool will pay all local, state and federal taxes on the labor_ �nd <br /> materials for their work on this pool . Dolphin Pool will also furnish the <br /> building permit . <br /> P(�OL CONSTRUCTION: <br /> The entire pool will be constructed of a 14 gauge galvanized steel panel <br /> 42" in height. The panels are supported with a 12 gauge A-Frame brace and <br /> a deck brace located every 4 ' . A concrete bond beam, minimum of 6" i_s <br /> then poured around the perimeter of the panels, base and braces . <br /> W��RRANTY: <br /> The structural integrity of the galvanized steel panels is warranted for as <br /> long as the original customer owns the pool . The Liner is warranted for 7_5 <br /> years against manufacturing defects . The equipment such as Lhe pump, fi_lter <br /> and heater has warranties up to 5 years . <br /> POOL BASE: <br /> Minimum of 2" of a Vermiculite and Portland <br /> Cement base is troweled on the bottom of i=he <br /> Pool. <br /> VINYL LIN��: <br /> A 20-30-mil vinyl liner is then inst�l]_ed into the <br /> entire bottom of the pool and snapped into �n <br /> extrusion. The liner is available in many <br /> patterns with tile trim and pattern bottome You <br /> can order the liner without the tile trim. <br />
