Z l�/ <br /> Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land <br /> disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to �� <br /> inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must i��� <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. � <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to ��� <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning <br /> and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. <br /> No underground sewer within 20 feet of well. -Z <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey must be submitted and �`� <br /> approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions (which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey) a Temporary Certificate of �� / <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
