Per the conditions of the <br />Resolution, Staff is requesting Council review of the revised proposal for a determination of whether the <br />revisions are still in keeping with the intent of the variance and CUP approval. The existing grading as <br />reflected on the newly submitted as- built, while it exceeds the level of approved grading by <br />approximately 210 cubic yards, may be more appropriate for the site.
