After several inspections in <br /> the past and an inspection performed last week, it appears that your septic system is still <br /> surfacing and classified as an imminent health risk that must be replaced next spring, 2003. I <br /> sent you a letter on 7-11-01 that your drainfield was surfacing and must be monitored in the <br /> suminer of 2002. A failing septic system is a hazard to your family, pets and to your neighbors. <br /> You must contact a licensed septic designer to draw up plans to repair your mound. <br /> Efforts must be made immediately to stop the surfacing of raw sewage on the surface of the <br /> ground until a new drainfield is installed. One temporary option to get you through this winter is <br /> to use your septic tanks as holding tanks. The tanks would be pumped until a new drainfield is <br /> installed next spring.
