However, <br /> before we can issue the building permit, we need a couple pieces of information. <br /> • Please sign the attached escrow agreement and return with a check for $2,500. <br /> • Also, if you haven't contacted the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) yet, please do so. <br /> Your project may trigger the MCWD permitting requirements. Please note, the City of Orono will not <br /> issue a building permit without a copy of MCWD permits or documentation from the MCWD stating the <br /> proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br /> I have faxed a copy of this email to your builder, AI Hirsch.
