I believe that you had proposed that they be identified <br /> as 1565 Fairview Cottage Lane and 1535 Fairview Cottage Lane respectively. <br /> We understand that the owners of 4203 North Shore Drive did not approve of the change of address of their <br /> property and that the city requires all properties on Fairview Cottage Lane agree to the change of address.We <br /> believe, however, that circumstances here could dictate a different result.
