SUPPORT CDBG FUNDING TO WESTERN COMMUNITIES ACTION NETWORK <br />Murphy moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve sending a letter of support for the CDBG grant <br />application being submitted by the Western Communities Action Network. <br />VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />Brokl indicated he has been working with City Staff on matters relating to nonconformities, personnel <br />issues, building permits, the police policy manual, and updating the City's personnel handbook. Brokl <br />stated he has also been working on some developer - related issues, noting he has sat in on some developer <br />meetings in an attempt to address some of the issues upfront rather than waiting until they are before the <br />City Council. <br />Brokl stated he has enjoyed working with Staff and that he will continue to work on these issues. <br />*21.
