Grierson and Robin W. Grierson, husband and <br /> wife (hereinafter "the applicants") are the owners of the property located at 1989 <br /> Fagerness Point Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter the "City") and leQallv <br /> described as follows: <br /> Attached as Ethibit A and hereinafter the "property"; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono <br /> for a variance to Orono Municipal Zonin� Code Sections 78-1�79 and 78-1288 <br /> Subdivision A to allow construction of an addition to the western portion of the home to <br /> eXtend into the 0 -7S setback from the OHWL of Lake Minnetonka: and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicants have made application to the City of Orono <br /> far a variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-1?88 Subdivision B to allow <br /> hardcover within the western 0 - 7�' setbacic zone of 4% or 420 s.f. where 0% is normally <br /> allowed and 7.3 % or 755 s.f. currentiv exists, and to allow hardcover within the 7�'-��0' <br /> setback zone of �1% or ?,45� s.f. where 43% or �,046 s.f. currently exists in order to <br /> constract a covered front entr� and a��e�tern ia1:e yard addition to the existing home. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED bv the City Council of <br /> Orono.
