Sediment shall, <br /> be removed when occupying greater than 1/3 the volume of the device, placed in an <br /> upland area and stabilized. • <br /> o All"in-structure" and"on-structure devices shall be removed from the storm sewer <br /> inlets by November 26°i, 2009 and re-installed in the storm sewer inlets by April 1, <br /> 2010. <br /> BMP installation, such as silt fence, has a tendency to be more costly to install during the winter months <br /> therefore it is recommended that all installation occur priar to the ground freezing on sites where wark is <br /> proposed to be done during the winter months.
