• <br />MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, November 14, 2005 <br />7:00 'clock p.m. <br />(Public Comments, Continued) <br />located through the adjoining property which would use the driveway of the apartment complex as part of <br />the public road. Callahan stated he and other tenants of the apartment complex still have concerns with <br />the road being opened up for other public use other than by the tenants. Callahan stated there is a fair <br />amount of pedestrian traffic in this area and that iris his view it is inappropriate to allow construction traffic <br />on that road. <br />Callahan requested that the Council give serious consideration to limiting construction traffic on that <br />road. <br />Murphy stated he has spoken with Mr. Callahan and the City Administrator regarding this situation and <br />that it is their belief that construction traffic will be limited on that road. Murphy commented in hindsight <br />the layout of the roadway and parking in that area is not the best design but that it might be too late to <br />change it at this time. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />#3. #05 -3142 CHRISTOPHER AND EMILY CHAPMAN, 3775 BAYSIDE ROAD — <br />VARIANCE <br />{ <br />Christopher Chapman, Applicant, was present. <br />Chapman stated at the Planning Commission meeti <br />nonstructural hardcover for structural hardcover.
