Wilda stated she can be reached at 612- 348 -8537. <br />Julie Lofrano, 3365 Crystal Bay Road, indicated they have a garden located ten feet from the corridor, <br />and inquired whether they could obtain a lease to continue to use that land. <br />Wilda stated the corridor typically is 100 feet but is a little narrower in the area of the Lafayette Club. <br />Is Wilda indicated it is possible that the HCRRA will write a temporary lease to continue to allow that use. <br />Ann O'Riley, 3349 Crystal Bay Road, inquired whether the setback and amount of land would change. <br />Wilda stated the policy is not updated enough to deal I ith what is currently happening along the trail and <br />that the HCRRA is interested in obtaining public comment regarding possible changes to their policy. <br />O'Riley inquired whether they would be able to lobby�for a change in the setback. <br />Wilda stated the HCRRA will not be selling any of the corridor but that there is the possibility of having <br />interim uses of the corridor through leases or landscape permits. <br />O'Riley inquired whether the policy would apply to <br />house by house. <br />Wilda stated they would not be going house to house <br />the entire length of corridor. Wilda stated the HCRR <br />acceptable.
