BROWN ROAD NORTH/COUNTY ROAD 6 SANITARY SEWER PROJECT <br />ASSESSMENT — RESOLUTION NO. 5390 <br />Murphy moved, White seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5390, a Resolution Reducing <br />the Brown Road North/CR6 sewer extension assessment for 2100 Sixth Avenue North. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*12. 755 DICKEY LAKE DRIVE SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION ASSESSMENT — <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5391 <br />Murphy moved, White seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5391, a Resolution adopting the 755 <br />Dickey Lake Drive Sanitary Sewer Extension assessment roll. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*13. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*14. 25 BROWN ROAD SOUTH SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION ASSESSMENT — <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5393 <br />Murphy moved, White seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5393, a Resolution adopting the 25 <br />Brown Road South Sanitary Sewer Connection Assessment Roll. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />Gaffron stated Staff did a final tree inspection on the Eric Vogstrom property on Casco Point Road. <br />Gaffron stated there are some discrepancies with the landscape plan that was submitted and that some of <br />the trees were supposed to be moved back further on the property. Gaffron stated the planted trees range <br />from 9 to 10 feet rather than the 12 feet directed by Council. Gaffron recommended two more six -foot <br />trees be planted to make up for the shorter trees. <br />Peterson inquired whether Staff would be checking annually to verify that the trees have not been cut <br />down. • <br />PAGE 26 <br />
