The site plan is dated 7-19-10. We have the following comments with regards to <br /> engineering matters: <br /> • It appears that the proposed retaining wall adjacent to the driveway is approximately 6 <br /> feet high. Engineered design and details should be submitted for review and approval <br /> for all retaining walls over four in height, and for all tiered walls with a separation of less <br /> than two times the wall height. <br /> • The proposed slopes around the east side of the covered porch exceed the maximum <br /> allowable slope of 3:1. The grading should be revised in this area. <br /> • This project will disturb more than 100 CY of material. Sediment and erosion control <br /> information meeting the requirements of Orono's City Code 79-7(c)(2) must be <br /> submitted.
