Owner/Contractor shall be aware of and follow the suggested quality <br /> assurance provisions noted on the Engineers plan and submit documentation of all <br /> field testing, verifications of assumptions, and construction documentation. <br /> Site drawings showing the wall layout relative to boundaries, buildings and other site <br /> features were provided. Wall layout, notes and details of construction were <br /> submitted. Letterhead that appears on the plans indicates the design was prepared by <br /> a licensed professional engineer and content is judged to meet industry standards for <br /> this type of work. Review comments include: <br /> • Plans were prepared by an Engineering Consultant and plan content appears <br /> appropriate to direct retaining wall construction. <br /> • Plans contain "Suggested Quality Assurance Provisions". We recommend the <br /> Owner and Contractor abide by these provisions to confirm actual site <br /> conditions and assure satisfactory wall performance. <br />
