Murphy stated he did not realize <br />that Caribou Coffee was going to erect a 10 -foot monument sign. <br />Gundlach noted the City did adopt a monument <br />sign is in compliance with those standards. <br />White moved, McMillan seconded, to approve a <br />conditional use permit issued to Christine Valer <br />spaces situated above Caribou Coffee located at <br />amendment approximately one year ago and that this <br />amendment to Resolution No. 5359 for the <br />s to allow monument signage for the two office <br />377 Shadywood Road as proposed. <br />Sansevere commented he has the impression that the offices are being portrayed in two different ways <br />depending on what the applicant wants at the time. ; Sansevere stated he feels like he has been duped. <br />Valerius stated it was never her intent to try to dupe anybody on the council and that she was not aware of <br />the restriction on the signage. Valerius acknowledged that their application did change slightly as time <br />went on. Valerius reiterated the restriction on the sianaae was never discussed. <br />PAGE 5 <br />
