VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />7. #05 -3110 THOMAS AND SHEILA BROWNE, 760 BROWN ROAD SOUTH — VARIANCE <br />Thomas Browne, Applicant, was present. <br />Curtis stated the applicants' property is located on Tanager Lake, which has been classified by the DNR <br />as a recreational development lake requiring a 100 -foot structure setback. The applicants would like to <br />construct a window dormer for added space and safety in an existing second story bathroom. In addition, <br />the applicants would like to construct a small garage addition to the north of their attached garage.
