If the Council determines that a two -story attached
garage proposal may have some merit, Staff would direct the applicants to make a new application for
review by the Planning Commission.
Staff further feels that a minimal two -story attached
existing house would make use of the space within t
space, would allow for better on site parking and we
as viewed from the channel.
