• <br />• <br />• <br />MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION <br />Wednesday-, April 20, 2005 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />Yrochnow stated at the present rate of increase, his valuation would probably approach a million dollars <br />next year and that in his opinion his house is not worth that much. <br />Wynn stated there are other comparables around the lake that this valuation is compared to and that it is <br />not based solely on one transaction. VOTE: Ayes 4, Nays 0. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />White moved, Murphy seconded, to recess and to reconvene the Orono Board of Appeal and <br />Equalization no later than 20 days from tonight's meeting.
