VOTE: <br />Sansevere suggested the City post on its website that potential property owners are encouraged to <br />check with the City before purchasing a parcel to ensure that there are no stop work orders or red <br />flags against the property. <br />Attorney Barrett stated that the City does have 'an obligation to put notice on the title of a property <br />in violation to forewarn future property owners of the parcel's violations. <br />With regard to LMCD news, McMillan <br />denied and that Minnestrista had passed <br />the name to "Six Mile Marsh" and was 1 <br />PUBLIC SERVICE DIRECTOR'S <br />*12.
