MINUTES OF THE <br />a ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />Monday, March 14, 2005 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />• <br />0 <br />(Public Comments, Continued) <br />McMillan stated she did notice the high density of <br />a number of issues that should be clarified. Jellison stated they were totally unaware that this development was going in <br />until Barron informed them. Jellison noted this road is a dead -end road and that there are issues that need <br />to be addressed given the number of residences that are proposed for this area. <br />Moorse indicated he did meet approximately two weeks ago with representatives from Medina, <br />Independence, and Maple Plain to discuss Townline Road and the issues associated with this project. <br />Moorse stated the City did ask that Medina request the developer pay for a share of the road.
