Gaffron stated the applicants are requesting a revision to the plat in <br />order to better accommodate the one building design, which Staff is in favor of <br />Gaffron stated the parking requirements for this site dictate 2.0 stalls per unit for a total of 112 stalls. The <br />applicant has eliminated a number of parking stalls due to the location of a party room in the basement <br />level. Gaffron indicated the applicants are proposing 105 parking stalls on the site, with seven parking <br />stalls on the street being proposed jI <br />McMillan inquired whether there is guest and service parking available. <br />Gaffron indicated there is not. <br />Murphy stated another option is to reduce the number of units. <br />Peterson inquired whether there is an elevator in the building. <br />Zachman stated there is one elevator in the central corridor that goes from the basement up to the third <br />floor and would allow access to both sides of the building. Zachman stated they have considered squaring <br />the front of the building, which would increase the'parking stalls by two. Zachman noted the number of <br />units has been reduced from 62 down to 57.
