SELECTION OF DATE FOR 2005 <br />EUPROVEMENTS <br />donation of three decorative landscaping pots <br />E: Ayes 4, Nays 0 <br />NO. 5276 <br />JTION NO. 5276, a Resolution Designating <br />Ayes 3, Nays 0 <br />BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION <br />Moorse stated there is a new state statute that requires at least one person on the local board to receive <br />training on how the Board of Appeal operates. Moorse stated the training would have to be completed by <br />December 2005, but that Staff is only aware of training being scheduled in February at this time. <br />McMillan indicated she would be able to attend. <br />McMillan moved, Peterson seconded, to establisli Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at 7:00 p.m. as the <br />date and time for the 2005 Local Board of Appeal and Equalization meeting. VOTE: Ayes 3, <br />Nays 0 1 <br />*14.
