Proposed � . <br /> � " amendment language was approved by the City Council on Au�ust 28 and forwarded to the Metropotitan <br /> . Council on October 10,2006. The Metropolitan Council has not yet taken action on the amendment, <br /> pending receipt of comment�s from neighboring cities and jurisdictions. <br /> � � � Staff brought the initial application to the Planning Commission in August as a concept plan to allow an <br /> . opportunity to identify potential concerns, issues, and development parameters that the applicant should <br /> . address. The City Engineer also submitted comments in August. The applicant has submitted revised .� <br /> � � plans responding to those comments. Gaffron noted the City of Long Lake has not yet received an � <br /> agreement with the developer regardin�sewer and water. <br /> As of tonight, Staff has not had an opportunity to complete more than a brief revie�v of the revised plans � <br /> submitted on November 13`�'.
