REPORT OF PLANNiNG COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING <br /> COUNCIL MEETINGS FEBRUARY 26 AND MARCH 12,2007 <br /> Kroeger reported on the Febniary 26 City Council meeting,noting that all four zoning applications were <br /> placed on the Consent Agenda. Kroeger stated a suggestion was made to create an environmental . <br /> board. Kroeger noted the Runkel kennel license was approved. <br /> Kang reported on the March 12`h City Council meeting,noting that they tabled the Ivy Street application <br /> due to the absence of the applicant. Kang stated the application by Vogue ICF Homes was red tagged <br /> and that the developer ran into foundation problems. <br /> Gaffron stated the developer will be"allowed to continue with the project once all the required reports <br /> are submitted. <br /> Berg noted a number of trees have been removed on the property located at Walters Port.. <br /> Gaffron stated Staff was not aware of the tree removal and would look into it. <br /> Kang stated the MetxoBuilding application was referred back to the Planning Commission and that the <br /> • Philip Carlson development was approved. <br /> PAGE 37 <br />
