<br /> The 20Q0-2020 CMP was adopted in November 2001 to guide Outlot A for � �
<br /> � "commercial office uses", defined as office and accessory retail uses. The CMP was
<br /> ame��ed in �lune 2004, guidinc� Outlot A to incluc�e limited retail uses with restrictions.
<br /> � �� The City Council's rationale for this amendment was that proposed retail on �utlot A. :
<br /> � would have limited impact on Long Lake's ability to implement their powntown Master
<br /> Plan. Additionally, the three developed quadrants of the Willow Drive and Highway 12
<br /> � intersection are currently and guided for retail uses. .
<br /> . As a r�sult of an application for a medical office and retail strip center on Outlot A in
<br /> : . June 2006, the City Cauncil �irected City staff to remove th2 language adopted in tfie
