The proposal consists of the division of one existing 5-acre parcel <br /> resulting into two 2+ acre parcels. The proposed plat is intended to ultimately conform to this use. The <br /> property is not located within the MUSA and is intended to be served with septic systems <br /> and private wells. Primary and alternate septic locations for each lot have been <br /> proposed and have been deemed acceptable by Willie Gibbs. The proposed use <br /> appears to be in conformity with the CMP. <br /> Relationship to Surrounding Development <br /> This property lies within the RR — 1 B Rural Residential Zoning District which requires a <br /> minimum of two dry acres per lot.
